James P. Townsend

 Jim Townsend is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Townsend Energy based in Danvers, Massachusetts.  Townsend is a 4th generation family owned and operated business, servicing a residential and commercial customer base throughout Greater Boston, Northeastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire and Southern Maine.  The company distributes BioPure heating oil, propane, gasoline, diesel fuel and provides a complete range of HVAC services and installations.  The company also has a separate insurance division, Townsend Insurance Group, which services the personal and commercial insurance needs of both existing and new customers, as well as the insurance requirements and loss control programs for Townsend Energy.

Court lives in Melrose, MA with his wife Erica, 2 ½ yr old son Gabriel, and their dog Dusty.  In his spare time he enjoys golfing, watching sports and Marvel movies.

Bree Masson  

Bree Masson is the customer service representative & a licensed producer for Townsend Insurance Group. She advises on home and auto insurance in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as responding to all customers inquiries and policy servicing needs. She has over 15 years of customer service experience and 3 years of insurance industry experience.

 Bree is committed to providing clear communication and exceptional customer service. She enjoys helping customers understand their risks and finding the right coverage to suit their needs and budget. Bree resides in Salem, Massachusetts with her wife Molly. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, disc golf, and traveling.

Paul Genovese

Paul R. Genovese Jr. is the senior insurance advisor at Townsend Insurance Group.  With over 15 years of experience as a licensed insurance producer, Paul possesses outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. These skills have garnered him a loyal customer base, and award-winning recognition from the insurance industry as the recipient of the 2015 Safeco Insurance Award of Excellence for Superior Underwriting Skills (fewer than 5% of insurance agents across the country who sell Safeco Insurance personal lines policies receive this prestigious honor).

Paul lives in Gloucester, Massachusetts with his wife Mary Ann, son Paul R. Genovese III and his dogs Winter and Beau. When he’s not working, Paul enjoys a good round of golf, time at the beach, and traveling with his family. Paul is a passionate foodie and a longtime hockey player. He coaches his son’s hockey team (Cape Ann Youth Hockey Bantams) and enjoys teaching the next generation how to succeed both on and off the ice through dedication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Paul genuinely enjoys making a living as an insurance advisor. He is very passionate about helping people protect their biggest investments (home/auto).
